COCONA™
Strong and resilient. Yet soft and supple. COCONA™ fabrics utilize the inherent strength found in real coconut shells. You get comfortable, breathable clothing combined with enhanced performance properties - including odor resistance and UV protection.An advanced heating process transforms the shells into activated carbon, which is then fused into polyester fibers. The finished filament provides accelerated moisture management with significantly faster drying times and evaporative cooling.

Larger dimension yarns assist cooling through physical heat absorption, which NAC (Nano Aqua Chem) treatment of the fabric blocks the sun's infrared rays. The application of Xylitol further enhances the process by producing a chemical reaction with moisture to maximize the cooling effect.
